Able combines Norristown and Honey Brook facilities into a new 40,000+ sq. ft. location in West Chester, PA.
Able Equipment Rental Inc. of New York has opened a new location in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
The new location expands Able’s presence in the Philadelphia market by combining the company’s former Norristown and Honey Brook facilities into one more-than-40,000-sq.-ft. location.
The three-acre site at 800 East Virginia Ave. in West Chester, (formerly leased to Schramm Inc.) is well located to serve new and existing customers throughout the greater Delaware Valley.
Able's newest full-line branch, the facility sits just 35 miles outside of Philadelphia. Its access to several major roads, including Route 202 and Route 3, make it ideal for serving southeastern Pennsylvania and well situated to deliver equipment throughout the region.
"We researched and toured several properties in the area before committing to the facility," said Chris Pera, Able's chief operating officer. "From a business point of view, it makes perfect sense for Able to operate out of West Chester because of its strategic location to the Philadelphia and Wilmington, Delaware, markets. Also, the building is an ideal fit for the type of business we're in," Pera added.
Founded in 1996, Able Equipment Rental is headquartered in Deer Park, New York, and operates five locations that serve New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
