MEC Aerial Work Platforms has added Alan Shank as Customer Service Manager – Parts Department.
In that role, Shank oversees the company’s parts department’s customer service representatives, supports MEC’s outside sales representatives, and looks to improve customer service.
Shank’s more than 30 years’ experience in truck and trailer parts will transfer directly over to the mobile elevating work platform industry, said MEC’s news release.
