All Access Equipment, Inc. (AAE), a longtime dealer of CMC tracked aerial lifts, has officially rebranded as CMC North America, effective immediately. This shift follows the February 2024 acquisition of AAE by CMC, which was facilitated by private equity firm Metrika, after securing a 70% stake in CMC in October 2023. The acquisition was aimed at bolstering CMC’s leadership in the aerial lift industry, particularly in the U.S. market.
"This rebranding to CMC North America reflects our commitment to growth and integration,” CEO Ryan Polonski, said. “It's a positive step that will streamline our efforts and strengthen our market presence. While we honor the legacy of the All Access Equipment brand, transitioning to CMC North America is a natural progression, as CMC is already a well-recognized name among our customers, partners and the aerial lift industry."
Customers can expect a seamless transition with no disruptions in service or support as the company integrates its new brand identity.
