Haulotte Improves Lead Times with Availability of Painted Parts

As part of its service improvement approach, Haulotte now offers more painted parts to improve lead time. Customers can select their right paint color in the dedicated spare parts ordering area on the MyHaulotte portal.

Customization of the paint color

Haulotte Group decided to expand its choice of painted parts in order to reduce lead times.

"At Haulotte, we know that the raw parts’ painting process takes time, that’s why we decided to stock high-turnover painted parts. Customers who have a specific visual identity can now order spare parts in the right RAL color on our service portal," says Etienne Garnier, service marketing manager at Haulotte.

In total, 57 colors are listed on the MyHaulotte portal. The parts’ price and availability are automatically displayed according to the choice for greater transparency.
