Haulotte has introduced MyCompanion, a new digital tool aimed at improving the experience and safety of machine operators. This user-friendly and upgradeable product provides comprehensive and accurate information about the machine and its working environment.
MyCompanion offers instant access to machine information, boosting productivity, efficiency and safety. The tool operates through a QR code on the machine, which operators can scan to access specific documentation, including operator manuals, maintenance books, spare parts catalogs and controls overview videos.
MyCompanion also enhances safety and energy management by delivering local weather forecasts and a security checklist for quick visual inspections. When connected to Haulotte's SHERPAL telematic solution, it provides real-time fuel or battery levels and safety alerts.
This tool is part of Haulotte's digital strategy plan, ensuring a consistent and complementary experience with other digital tools like SHERPAL. Customers can order QR code stickers to equip their existing machines and access MyCompanion by scanning the code, entering the machine serial number and validating the information.
