JLG Industries Inc., an Oshkosh Corporation company, has launched a redesigned version of its corporate website, JLG.com, aimed at improving navigation, personalization and access to equipment resources.
“We recognized that our online presence needed to evolve to better serve our customers,” said Nancy DeZarn, senior manager of digital marketing, JLG.
“This redesign is not just a cosmetic upgrade; it creates a comprehensive, interconnected digital experience that delivers what our customers need, from initial product research to ongoing support, all in one seamless experience."
The updated site includes new features such as a streamlined navigation system, centralized product hubs and an “Equipment Selector” tool that offers recommendations based on user needs.
Other enhancements include improved access to technical documents, integrated e-commerce browsing and personalized content for various customer segments.
The redesign also highlights JLG’s latest innovations and offers insights through its corporate blog.
The company said it gathered input from customers and internal teams during development and conducted multiple rounds of usability testing.
JLG said additional improvements are planned to further evolve the site in line with customer expectations.
