Davide Palazzani has handed over the helm of his family business to his daughter, Paola Palazzani.
Paola was elected president of Palazzani during the company’s board meeting on February 23.
With over 25 years of experience in the AWP industry, Paola will lead the company’s long-term strategy, contributing to its growing development.
Davide Palazzani is now vice president. At the same time, COO engineer Francesco Zola has joined the Board with the role of Managing Director and CEO.
The OEM says these changes in leadership mark a new chapter for the company.
"I believe that our tandem leadership will aim to consolidate and strengthen the company’s position in the global market, while maintaining the values of innovation and quality that have distinguished it since its foundation," said Paola Palazzani.
Zola said the company is, "looking to the future with confidence,” and is, “ready to face new challenges and seize new opportunities to reach our goals".
Davide Palazzani will maintain the delegation to the financial area, supported by the Dr. Cristian Marchina, as CFO.
Alongside Paola, engineer Francesco Zola, with a consolidated career in the automotive industry, will personally lead the execution of operational strategies and the management of all related business activities.
According to the company, “His result-oriented vision will be a plus for the success of Palazzani.”
Based in Italy, Palazzani specializes in manufacturing spider lifts and mini cranes.
