The tallest model in Sinoboom’s range of diesel-powered telescopic boom lifts, the TB58RJ Plus, will soon be available to customers in Australia for the first time.
Launched in 2023, the TB58RJ Plus has quickly become popular for high-reach projects, thanks to its heavy-duty lifting capacity, extensive and flexible working range, and enhanced transportability. It boasts a maximum working height of 60 meters, a horizontal reach of 20.01 meters (restricted) / 24.4 meters (unrestricted), and a platform capacity of 300 kilograms (unrestricted) / 454 kilograms (restricted). The telescoping jib provides additional range of motion with a 6.07-8.2-meter extension and 119° of articulation.
For operator comfort and safety, the TB58RJ Plus features an off-road optimized configuration, anti-skid control technology, four-wheel drive with four steering modes, large-pattern solid tires, 45% gradeability, and a closed-loop hydraulic system. The control system incorporates high safety specifications, using ISO 13849-compliant Rexroth controllers, IP65-rated control boxes, hydraulic pressure sensors, and load curve auto-matching. The platform control unit is equipped with three joysticks for precise proportional control, allowing smooth boom movements across the full envelope.
Transportability is enhanced by the X chassis design. When the axles are retracted, the machine’s width is a compact 2.49 meters, facilitating easier transportation. When the axles are extended, the width increases to 5 meters, providing excellent stability while maintaining a working footprint that does not obstruct the job site.
“We’re excited to introduce this new model into our Australian product line,” said Sinoboom Australia General Manager, Mitch Ely. “Sinoboom Australia plans to introduce a full range of super-booms, and the TB58RJ Plus brings to the table a world-class machine with the highest levels of safety and excellent return on investment for our customers.”
