Dawei He, Sinoboom Global Sales and Marketing Director, has been named as one of the five members of the IAPA Awards judging panel, due to take place in Copenhagen on March 14, 2024.
The annual IAPA Awards are widely viewed as the global recognition of excellence in the powered access sector, celebrating high standards and best practice across the industry.
Jointly organized by IPAF and Access International, the 2024 event will feature 13 award categories, including Product of the Year across five separate product classes, and more recently introduced categories such as The Sustainability Award and the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Award.
Dawei He has extensive experience in the MEWP sector and joined the Sinoboom team in 2021, where he has been instrumental in shaping the global marketing strategy, and developing a strong overseas team.
Commenting on the announcement of the judging panel, he said, “I am honored to have been chosen to sit on the judging panel for the IAPA Awards. These awards play a significant role in the access equipment industry – they help to highlight the continuous drive for improvement and innovation in this sector, and as a result are a driver for enhanced safety for all who work at height.”
Sinoboom became the first Asian IPAF member in 2009, only one year after the company was founded, in a demonstration of the company’s ongoing determination to help the collective effort to improve the safety of the industry.
The company retains strong links with IPAF, with Sinoboom’s CEO Susan Xu sitting on the organization’s council, and is continuously seeking innovative methods to enhance product safety and reliability.
