Skyjack will first show its TH-Series telehandlers to the public next month at World of Concrete. The four new models in the new range include the 6,000-lb. capacity SJ643 TH, the 8,000-lb. capacity SJ843 TH, the 10,000-lb. capacity SJ1044 TH, and longer boom 10,000-lb. capacity SJ1056 TH. With the new TH-series, Skyjack is offering Tier 4 Final telehandlers without the cost and complexity increase that normally accompanies a tier engine change. Skyjack took the opportunity to completely re-assess telehandler designs while implementing the Tier 4 Final engines. Compared with older models, the TH range offers simpler rear axle stabilization, hydraulics systems, outriggers, controls, engine servicing, electronics and option packages.
Machines on display in Skyjack's World of Concrete booth include the SJ843 TH, SJ1056 TH and ZB2044 telehandlers, the SJ 6832 RT rough-terrain scissor lift, the SJ63 AJ articulating boom lift, and the SJ 3219 electric scissor lift.
