German truck-mounted aerial platform manufacturer, RUTHMANN, will now market its work platforms in North American through U.S. truck-mounted aerial platform manufacturer, TIME.
Effective immediately, Time will be responsible for the sales and service activities of Ruthmann products on the North American continent. Adding the Ruthman brand to its other brand names, Condor and Versalift.
Time will display the first model – a Ruthmann T 175A mounted onto a Freightliner 3-axle chassis – at the ICUEE trade show.
The Ruthmann T 175 A is a kit version of the height performance Steiger T 540 – the current IAPA award winner. The kit (customized for the North American market) was shipped to the U.S. and mounted onto a Freightliner chassis in August 2013. It now complies fully with North American ANSI standards. Once the T 175 A was assembled and mounted, staff members from Time received sales and service training from Ruthmann employees.
After the ICUEE trade show, Time will take the T 175 A on a roadshow across North America to demonstrate the machine's capabilities.
