Time Manufacturing/Versalift acquired Aspen Aerials, a bridge inspection equipment and services company, in a deal that will expand its products and leverage its own growing global market access.
Now known as “Aspen Aerials, a Time Manufacturing Company,” the Duluth, Minnesota-based manufacturer will continue to offer high-reaching, stable, and durable specialty equipment used to inspect the safety and integrity of bridges, as it has for more than 30 years. Their products allow technicians to examine bridges from above, alongside, or below.
The Aspen Aerials product line includes units with up to four independently operating booms, which can be managed from multiple control panels. The manufacturer has developed new stability management technology, which enables truck-mounted bridge inspection equipment to operate without the need for outriggers.
“We are delighted to welcome Aspen Aerials, a market-leading manufacturer in the bridge inspection space, to the Versalift family,” said Time Manufacturing/Versalift CEO Curt Howell. “With this acquisition, we extend our reach into an important and growing industry, and continue to expand our offering of high-quality, safe, and reliable equipment.”
