TVH in the Americas (TVH) employees recently participated in a volunteer event at Center of Grace in Kansas to prepare and provide meals to those in need.
This volunteer event was coordinated by TVHCares, TVH’s charitable program that encourages employees to get involved with many nonprofit organizations and charities, such as Center of Grace.
Center of Grace provides a variety of community services, including a free meal twice a week, year-round for anyone. TVH is supplying, preparing, and serving the food for three meals in 2018.
"It is truly an eye-opening experience and gives you a good feeling when you leave knowing that because of you, those people will not go hungry that night," said Rachel Lindsey, business development sales analyst for TVH.
The final Center of Grace volunteer opportunity of 2018 will be held on Nov. 28.
