Accès Location +, an equipment sales and rental company in Quebec, will open a branch office in the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Industrial Park in Laval this spring.
The acquisition is part of the Accès Location + growth plan, which helps the company continue to be a leader in its industry.
Requiring an investment of $3 million, the project includes 70,590 sq. ft. of land and a 13,295-sq.-ft. building.
The interior space will include offices and the mechanics’ work shop with seven garage doors.
The branch will stock an inventory of $18 million, the equivalent of more than 350 machines.
That capacity will allow the company to provide excellent service to Acces clients.
Possession is scheduled for June 2021. Subsequently, work will be carried out to make the building operational and built to the company’s brand image.
“This new point of service is a strategic addition to the development of Accès Location +. We will serve the areas of Montréal and the North Shore with greater efficiency and will maximize our transport times, which will soon be affected by the planned repairs to the Louis-Hippolyte-La-Fontaine Tunnel,” explains Luc Bertrand, President of Accès Location +.
