Elliott Equipment Company is equipping its E145 and E190 aerial lifts with a complete Hirschmann MCS iSCALE control system.
The system includes the vSCALE D3 display, cSCALE S6 control unit, and various sensors for angle, tilt, pressure, wind speed, and anti-two-block.
The console features a 7-in. color graphic display with intuitive menu navigation using function keys and a rotary encoder. The system lets the operator view all aerial work platform information, including general configuration and lifting geometry.
Hirschmann MCS customized the system's software to Elliott’s specific requirements. The system features qSCALE LMI software and includes J1939 engine diagnostics. It lets the operator view engine information, including oil temperature, oil pressure, engine RPM, and engine hours.
This complete system solution came from a design collaboration between Elliott and Hirschmann MCS.
