Alpharetta, Ga.-based Urethane International and Brookville, Pa.-based P-C Industries are finalizing an agreement whereby Urethane International is purchasing certain assets including the patents, and exclusive worldwide sales, parts and service rights of P-C Industries' produced TrioFill and AutoFill tire fill machines. The purchase will be completed this month.
"The acquisition of P-C machines for tire filling further strengthens Urethane International's potential in the tire fill/flatproofing industry," said Joseph Danules, president of Urethane International. "With our new machine offerings, we will become the world's first complete light and heavy foam tire fill machine supplier to the tire fill industry."
Urethane International serves users across a range of industries, from commercial tire dealers to OEM equipment manufacturers.
