Manitex Inc., Georgetown, Texas, has named Bob Bray as its new product support manager. Bray returns to Manitex, having worked for the company from 1993 to 1999 as product support manager. Over the last 14 years, he has also worked in the United States and overseas in parts, training, and warranty roles at companies that include Sandvik Tamrock LLC as field service manager, Manitowoc Cranes as regional service manager, H&E Equipment Service as a product support manager, and most recently as project manager III with BAE Systems to support equipment and training to military troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Manitex also reports that David Soriano will oversee the documentation and technical writing department. Soriano will relinquish his duties as customer service manager to Bray. He will be focused on streamlining and updating Manitex documents with Bray's guidance.
