Spectware, Colorado Springs, Colo., has appointed Jan Horsfall as CEO. His hire comes as Spectware readies the rollout of version 2.0 of its cross platform mobile application for managing and inspecting the global population of heavy equipment cranes.
“Jan has a proven technology track record and has the senior marketing prowess to position Spectware for strong future growth,” said Eric Skinner, founder and president. “Jan has demonstrated a keen ability to identify the core strengths and assets of a company, challenge commonly held assumptions about its market, and execute aggressively.”
Horsfall previously served in tech-based CEO roles at Gemini Voice Solutions and White Summit Strategies. He has also held senior marketing positions at The Valvoline Company, Lycos, Inc., and Turbine, Inc.
