Texada Software Inc., Guelph, Ontario, has purchased Rolls Scaffold & Equipment Inc., a scaffold and aerial lift rental company headquartered in Ventura, Calif.
Texada develops software solutions that help equipment rental companies and mobile equipment owners manage fleets effectively. Rolls Scaffold & Equipment is a major aerial work platform rental company with five locations in southern California.
