Tree Worker Dies in Fall from Lift

Garrett, Ind., July 2012— A tree-service worker died instantly of major internal injuries when he fell from the bucket of an aerial lift. Investigators said the man and co-workers had used a chain to connect the lift’s bucket to a tree that had fallen into a lake.
