All Erection & Crane Rental Corp., Cleveland, has expanded its continental fleet with the acquisition of five Grove cranes. The purchase includes one GMK7550 hydraulic all terrain (AT) crane (550 USt/450 mt); one GMK5225 hydraulic AT crane (225 USt/170 mt) with a six-section, 45-foot to 210-foot full power boom; one GMK6250L hydraulic AT crane (250 USt/227 mt) with a 51-foot to 236-foot main boom; and two new truck-mounted TMS9000E cranes (110 USt/90 mt).
The TMS9000E has a 36-foot to 142-foot, five-section full power boom and a 33-foot to 56-foot, bi-fold lattice swing-away extension, with optional lattice insert extensions for a 237-foot maximum tip height. The TMS9000E offers a 23 percent increase in overall capacities compared with Grove’s previous model.
The GMK ATs are slated for delivery by the end of this year, and the new TMS9000E is expected to be delivered in February 2012.
