ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. recently moved its corporate headquarters to a new building in Independence, Ohio. The building is just a few miles up the road from its former headquarters. The company’s equipment yard and its engine, hydraulic, paint, welding, and fabrication shops, plus maintenance and service departments, will remain at the previous site. The move will provide room to expand the office space for the growing company, while still keeping the company within three miles of the equipment yard.
“The proximity to our former and current locations is key,” said Michael Liptak, president of All Erection & Crane Rental. “And it’s a beautiful building ready for us to work right into.”
The original headquarters building, built in 1975, will now house the company’s parts and service departments.
