Belger Cartage Service Inc. announces that Clay Chenoweth has joined the company as the Kansas City area regional manager. He is responsible for the management of the Kansas City East location, the Lenexa warehouse operations, and the planning and implementation of strategic growth initiatives for the greater Kansas City area.
Chenoweth most recently served as the Chicago branch manager for Barnhart Crane and Rigging Co. He also managed the erection and commissioning of large wind turbine projects in Idaho and Minnesota, supervising training initiatives on OSHA regulations and customer climb safety programs. While at Barnhart, he also served as the Subject Matter Expert for the usage of computer applications and upgraded the system for tracking work orders and preventive maintenance on equipment.
In addition to earning a bachelor of science degree in economics from Kansas State University, Chenoweth has completed a number of professional development certifications, most recently completing the OSHA 500 and 501.
