The Crane Inspection and Certification Bureau (CICB) is holding a class in mobile crane inspection and rigging from July 7-9, 2014, in Minneapolis, Minn.
A class on overhead crane inspection and rigging runs from July 9-11, 2014. CICB inspector programs enable companies to perform their own in-house crane inspections and third-party inspections, which include the OSHA and ANSI/ASME required frequent and periodic inspections.
Training also ensures that inspectors meet the OSHA and ASME training requirements.
CICB says that the programs would also benefit managers who oversee crane operations and lifts.
