Outrigger pad manufacturer DICA, of Guthrie Center, Iowa, will exhibit at the Electric Utility Fleet Managers Conference (EUFMC), June 1-4 in Williamsburg, Va. This marks the first time DICA has been invited to participate in the conference. DICA joins an elite group of about 100 companies that have been asked to display their products at the by-invitation-only event.
Held annually, EUFMC allows utility fleet professionals to view the latest fleet products and technology and engage in educational sessions and discussions pertaining to design, procurement, application, operation, and maintenance of equipment used by Electric Utilities.
“We are honored to be asked to participate in this unique event for investor-owned utilities," said Kris Koberg, CEO of DICA Outrigger Pads, who noted that the EUFMC is well known for attracting respected industry leaders.
DICA's display will share industry best practices for providing stable outrigger set-up of digger derricks, cranes, and bucket trucks. It will also exhibit DICA's Safety Tech outrigger pads and newly introduced FiberMax Outrigger Pads, Crane Pads, and Crane Mats—all ideally suited to utility maintenance and construction applications.
