Chinese manufacturer Dingli has bought 24% of German aerial lift maker Teupen.
On Aug. 14, 2020, Dingli signed a formal stock rights acquisition agreement with Teupen, one of the world’s leading makers of spider and atrium aerial work platforms.
Dingli also already had invested in Italian telehandler manufacturer Magni, and U.S. telehandler and MEWP manufacturer MEC.
Founded in 1977, Teupen manufacturers self-propelled spider aerial work platforms, both insulated and non-insulated, with working heights from 39’-164’.
