HAWE Hydraulik North America has named its first ever service partner distributors. Fluid Concepts Inc., Toledo, Ohio, and Central Hydraulics, Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania, will now market, distribute, install, and service Hawe’s full line of fluid-power products.
HAWE will rely on both of these companies to help it broaden its aftermarket service support and capability.
With a focus on providing timely service, Fluid Concepts stocks a large inventory of spare parts and offers 24/7 service to reduce downtime in critical applications. The company specializes in press refurbishing, field and machining services, bench repair, and troubleshooting.
Central Hydraulics will primarily focus on serving central Pennsylvania and the Marcellus Shale market. A fleet of service vehicles and several stocking locations helps Central Hydraulics expedite service and repair.
These partnerships are just the beginning stages of a strong North American service network that Hawe is building. “We are excited about both agreements,” says Scott Dodson, Hawe Service Solutions business manager. “Strengthening our ability to provide fast support in the aftermarket is a major initiative for Hawe Hydraulik North America.
