Magnetek Inc. has unveiled its IMPULSE-T variable frequency crane controls. The Impulse-T, designed for the crane and hoist market, comes standard with UL recognized motor overload protection, and offers the basic functionality of a variable frequency drive for CMAA Class A-D traverse motions.
“The Impulse-T makes drive programming so easy you can have your crane up and running in a few simple steps,” said Jason Wellnitz, Magnetek’s controls product and development manager. “It’s the perfect low-cost, easy-to-configure variable frequency drive for small cranes and is also suitable for retrofits.”
