Mustang Upgrades 519 Telehandler Engine

Mustang Manufacturing, West Bend, Wis., has upgraded its 519 Telehandler with a Yanmar Interim Tier IV compliant engine. The new 68 hp (50.7 kW) naturally aspirated diesel engine meets the latest emission standards and uses less fuel.

The 519 Telehandler features a compact design, tight 11-foot turning radius, a welded box-section boom that reaches up to 19'1", and 5,500-pound maximum lifting capacity.

It offers hydraulic flow up to 22 gpm, and is equipped with internal wet-disc service brakes and spring-applied, hydraulically released (SAHR) parking brakes. Its ROPS/FOPS canopy provides 360° viisibility. A fully enclosed cab with air conditioning is optional.
