Hiab, part of Cargotec, has launched an easy-to-use mobile application that helps customers locate the closest authorized service point, thereby ensures more up time.
"We are very proud of this launch, and are sure that it will benefit our customers greatly. We have a global service network in more than 120 countries to ensure local support, and with the app, our customers can locate these service point quicker than ever. This means more up time for the product, and a longer lifetime, as it is serviced at an authorized service point," says Christian Bjorne, vice president, services.
With the app, the customers can with a few clicks find information on their current location and closest service point, as well as the service point's contact information and driving instructions.
The service points can be shown either on a map or as a list. The app works both on line and off line, and includes service points for all Hiab product brands, HIAB, JONSERED, LOGLIFT, MULTILIFT, MOFFETT, ZEPRO, WALTCO and DEL. It is available for both iPhone and Android.
"The app is the first of our launches this year that will bring Hiab even closer to our customers. Stay tuned for more releases!" said Bjorne.
