Jim Robertson of Cattron Group International was recognized for his service during the Aluminum Association’s 2010 Annual Meeting upon his retirement from the Association’s board of directors.
Steve Demetriou, chairman and CEO of Aleris International and Aluminum Association chairman, recognized Robertson as a leader and partner with the producer members on a wide range of projects in North America and around the world. He thanked him for his support of the Aluminum Association and its member companies.
Robertson is executive director of business development at Cattron Group International and has worked internationally in many markets for more than 30 years. In addition to the Aluminum Association, he is a member of the American Institute of Steel Technology (AIST), Electrification and Controls Manufacturers Association (ECMA), Crane Manufacturers Association of America (CMAA), and he serves on the Material Handling Industry of America’s (MHIA) Roundtable of Industry Leaders and board of governors.
