Able Equipment Rental Inc. of New York purchased the aerial equipment assets and service operations of Mobile Lifts Inc., in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
The location will become the newest branch of Able Equipment Rental, its fifth location in the Northeast. Able will retain most of the Mobile Lifts staff and plans to grow the team immediately.
Able's newest branch is 45 minutes outside of Philadelphia and accessible by several major roads and highways. The facility is well-situated to service the King of Prussia area and deliver equipment throughout the region.

Chris Pera, Able's COO, said the move will strategically allow the rental company to serve as a reliable provider of aerial equipment for Mobile Lifts' current commercial and industrial clients.
"Additionally, we'll be able to offer a wide range of machines for rent and for sale to fulfill their specific construction equipment requirements," Pera said.
Able’s fleet is available for daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term rentals. The company also offers financing plans for purchasers of new and used equipment.
