Bobcat Introduces the Powerful and Versatile TL623 Telehandler

Bobcat Company has introduced its latest innovation, the TL623 telehandler, a versatile and feature-packed tool carrier designed to enhance productivity across multiple industries. This heavy-duty telehandler offers a 6,000-pound lift capacity and a reach of 23 feet, making it ideal for agriculture, construction, landscaping and snow removal.

The TL623 is equipped with a telescopic boom and Bobcat’s multi-attachment system, enabling operators to switch between tasks like stacking, digging and lifting without needing separate machines.

The machine’s advanced Tier 4, turbo-charged engine delivers high-torque performance and complies with emissions standards without requiring a diesel particulate filter or selective catalyst reduction. Additionally, operators will benefit from reliable cold weather starts and easy maintenance access.

“The TL623 gives operators the flexibility to accomplish a variety of demanding tasks with superior precision and efficiency,” Jamison Wood, Bobcat product development specialist, said. “It’s ideal for agriculture, construction, landscaping, snow removal and many other applications that require a high-performing and versatile tool carrier.”

Operators can choose from five operation modes for optimal performance in different applications:

  • ECO Mode: Reduced fuel consumption while maintaining hydraulic performance.
  • Smooth Drive Mode: Gentle acceleration and deceleration for load transport.
  • Dynamic Drive Mode: Improved responsiveness for quicker movement between tasks.
  • Flex Drive Mode: Independent control of engine speed and travel speed.
  • Advanced Attachment Control Mode: Full auxiliary hydraulic performance for attachment usage.

In addition to performance, Bobcat has designed the TL623 with operator comfort and usability in mind. The spacious cab features an air-suspension seat, ergonomic controls, a 5-inch LCD display for machine monitoring and an efficient HVAC system. The joystick allows intuitive control over travel direction, lift functions, boom extension and auxiliary hydraulics, making it easy to manage multiple machine functions simultaneously.

The TL623 also comes with four steering modes for added maneuverability, the Bob-Tach mounting system for quick attachment changes and Automatic Ride Control to reduce material spillage. The machine’s low-profile boom and high-visibility cab ensure optimal operator visibility, while additional optional features such as rearview cameras and work lights can further improve jobsite safety.

Built with a robust box-welded frame, a low center of gravity and protective shielding, the TL623 is designed to handle tough environments while minimizing wear and tear. Its engine compartment is easily accessible for routine maintenance, making it as practical as it is powerful.

With its versatile attachment system and advanced features, the Bobcat TL623 telehandler is poised to become a key asset on jobsites, delivering reliable performance in a wide range of applications.
