JLG Industries, a global leader in mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) and telehandlers, has appointed Rogerio dos Santos as vice president of the EMEAI region and global strategy/mergers and acquisitions for access equipment.
In his new role, dos Santos will oversee growth efforts in the Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI) region, with a focus on increasing market share and expanding JLG’s footprint in these key areas. He will also continue to lead strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, for the company’s access equipment segment.
Dos Santos has been with JLG since 2003, holding a variety of leadership roles within the company. Before joining JLG, he worked for Case New Holland, where he was responsible for new product development in construction equipment in Italy and Brazil. His recent work includes leading the successful integration of European equipment manufacturers Hinowa and AUSA into Oshkosh Corporation’s access segment portfolio.
“We will continue to grow a strong regional base in EMEAI through investments in our team members, our customers and our products, delivering purpose-built products best suited to the needs of the region,” dos Santos said.
