Sinoboom Unveils Upgraded Second-Generation RT Scissor Lifts

Sinoboom has introduced the second generation of its electric and diesel rough-terrain scissor lifts, featuring significant technical upgrades. The updated models — 1323RD, 1323RE, 1623RD, and 1623RE — offer improved off-road performance, enhanced operating experience, and greater reliability.

Key improvements include a 20% boost in walking and climbing torque, a larger wheelbase, and deeper tread tires for better grip. The overall weight of the machines has been optimized, reducing single tire ground pressure by 10%. The active oscillating function, carried over from the previous generation, further enhances adaptability to rough terrain.

The extension platform now offers smoother retraction and can be locked in any position, with an optional 24.3-foot-long platform providing more working space. An increased outrigger span improves stability during operation.

Reliability enhancements include better water- and dustproofing for electrical components, a new fuel level detection function, an upgraded ground control panel, and a more stable signal transmission system. The upgrades have also led to a 33% reduction in energy consumption during lifting and lowering cycles.

“The advantages introduced to this new generation of rough-terrain scissor lifts are designed to meet real-world needs,” Jane He, Sinoboom Product Manager, said. “We listen carefully to the feedback from our partners and customers on their experiences of owning and operating Sinoboom machines, and the features they would like to see. We integrate this information into our R&D process to ensure that Sinoboom equipment continues to support safe and reliable work at height.”
