Haulotte North America has welcomed Sean Swatsky as the new customer services manager for North America. Swatsky will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of all Haulotte North America’s customers by managing Haulotte’s various customer service departments, including the call center, field intervention, workshop, and training.
“Sean will play an integral role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with Haulotte. Customer service and satisfaction are at the forefront of our mission and Sean shares these same values,” said Carlos Hernandez, executive managing director for Haulotte Americas. “We are excited to welcome him to our team as we continue to develop our customer service organization. Haulotte is dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional service and support, including training, product knowledge, and after-sales support.”
Swatsky brings a diverse background with nearly 30 years of experience in technical services, sales, and operational management of manufacturing facilities and OEMs. As the manager of technical services for a custom machinery manufacturer in Cleveland, Ohio, Swatsky was responsible for all technical services including customer service. He then spent nearly 10 years managing key accounts for a global power magnetics manufacturer located in Southwest Virginia. Most recently he filled the role as plant manager for a structural bridge component fabrication facility located in Southeast Pennsylvania.
