Introducing the Catalyst Communications Network Advisory Council

Catalyst Communications Network, publisher of Lift & Access, Crane Hot Line, Contractors Hot Line as well as various other trade publications in the agriculture and industrial sectors, is committed to providing readers with trusted, reliable and timely information.

At Catalyst Communications Network, we are committed to providing our readers with trusted, reliable and timely information. To further enhance this commitment, we are proud to announce the formation of the Catalyst Communications Network Advisory Council. This council will help ensure our publications maintain editorial independence, objectivity and relevance to the industry’s ever-changing needs.

The Role of the Advisory Council

Catalyst’s advisory council has been formed to uphold the integrity of our editorial content and provide valuable guidance on the issues that matter most to our audience. Its mission is to promote transparency and maintain the separation between editorial content and advertising, especially in critical areas such as construction operations, safety and technology. By incorporating diverse perspectives from industry experts and thought leaders, the council will ensure that we continue to serve the best interests of our readers and the industry at large.

“We are constantly looking for ways to enhance our content for readers, and the formation of the council is a key step in that direction,” said Shae McBride, CEO of Catalyst Communications Network. “By incorporating the expertise and guidance of industry leaders, we aim to address critical on-the-ground challenges and highlight key topics within our publications.”

Meet the Members of the Advisory Council

We are excited to introduce the members of the Catalyst Communications Network advisory council. Each of them brings a wealth of knowledge from various facets of the industry:

Caleb (“Rosie”) Rosenberger – Chairman, Founding Partner & CEO, Aker & Rosenberger, LLC

Caleb Rosenberger is leading the charge as chairman of the advisory council. A veteran of the crane and rigging industry, Rosenberger’s hands-on leadership style has made a significant impact on safety and advancements in the field.

With a background as a crane operator, rigger and account manager, he is passionate about empowering the next generation of industry professionals. By fostering collaboration across all levels, he will ensure the council’s input and strategies reflect real-world industry challenges and success across the board.

"As chairman of the advisory council, I’m committed to making sure every voice is heard — from the operators in the field to executives in the boardroom,” Rosenberger said. “True progress happens when everyone has a stake in raising the bar, and I’m here to ensure that we’re advancing together, driving real change and editorial content that reflects the realities of our industry.”

Brian Walsh – Vice President of Operations Engineering, Dearborn Companies

A third-generation leader at the family-owned Dearborn Companies, Brian Walsh brings expertise in heavy lift and transport engineering. Starting as a summer “helper” 15 years ago, Walsh worked his way up through the ranks to his current role as vice president of operations engineering and a member of Dearborn’s board of directors.

Walsh’s technical expertise spans the application of geophysics for ground condition assessments, as well as the engineering and layout of heavy lift handling equipment, matting recommendations, civil site improvements and structural evaluations. His comprehensive understanding of these critical processes provides invaluable insight into complex operations, making him a vital voice on the council.

“I am extremely honored and excited to accept a position with and participate in the Catalyst Communications Network Advisory Council,” Walsh said. “I look forward to contributing and working diligently with the rest of the Council to offer a balanced, unbiased and technically sound perspective wherever possible.”
